Rituals on Twitter

I followed the brand Rituals. They have products for body and home. Here you can read some statistics:
Actually, they are very active on Twitter. They post Job openings, links from other sites if they wrote about the brand and most of all, they react on followers. I once posted a tweet which said ” Shopping at the Rituals Store” and they reacted with ”Enjoy!”.
What type of reactions do they give on followers? Sometimes it are superficial reactions like have a nice day too, or enjoy shopping. Or they give recommendations if someone says for example ” I tried this product” They react with something like ”You can also try this”. I think they react very well on criticsm

If a follower asks something, Rituals reacts almost always, or if they did not know the answer they said ” We will get back at you”.

Next to the above they also try to interact through some questions for the followers like ”What is your favourite product, tweet this and win…’ Another thing which I think is interesting is that they tweet in different languages. Since they are a international company, I would have expected that they would only tweet in English.
Has following Rituals changed my ideas about the brand? Not really, I enjoyed the brand already, but since I followed them on Twitter I think they have very good customer care and they are really interested in their customers. So my feelings are more positive!
